Phase 2 Team Mapping
In this phase we
- constructing a picture the make-up of your team needed to achieve the objectives already determined in phase 1.
- identifying the ‘mindsets’ of your current team
- matching team members to the roles that align with the organisation objectives
- helping each team member understand their individual ‘mindset’ and how it best ‘fits’ with the team requirements
Phase 3 Transition Mapping
In this phase we will work with the business leaders to explore the options open to you for making the transition from the current to the required balance of team skills. This may include
- the re-alignment of existing team members’ roles
- the creation of new roles
- the fusion of existing role
- or the introduction of temporary roles.
Such changes may also require the development of the team dynamics to develop its modified team responsibilities: e.g. an increased emphasis on collaborative decision making.
